GGM Lawn Care

Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Crisp, even cut on your schedule — front, back, and side yards, with edged borders and walks blown clean every visit.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing with sharp blades, mulch-cut by default, bagging on request. Cut height changes with the season so the lawn keeps moisture in the August heat and never gets scalped through Cedar Hill’s cooler ridge mornings. Edged at every visit, walks and drives blown clean before I leave.

  • Edging & Trimming

Clean, deliberate edges along beds, walks, and drives — and string-trim around fences, posts, and trees.

Power-edged borders that stay sharp the full week, careful trim work around obstacles a mower can’t reach, and a final pass with the blower so nothing carries onto the patio or street.

Starts at $30 · per visit

  • Landscaping & Bed Work

Hand-pulled weeds, fresh mulch, perennials pruned at the right time — beds that look tended, not neglected.

Hand-pulled weeds (no glyphosate near edibles unless you ask), seasonal pruning timed to each plant rather than the calendar, and a fresh mulch top-up every spring and fall to keep moisture in and weeds suppressed. Plant choices that survive Cedar Hill’s clay-and-caliche ridge soil.

Starts at $95 · per visit

  • Leaf Cleanup

Cedar elm and red oak drop late around here — I bag, blow out beds, and clear the gutters from the ground.

Full-property leaf service through November and December. Cedar elms in particular hold onto their leaves longer than the rest of DFW, so the cleanup window here runs later. I bag, blow out beds, clear gutters from the ground, and prep the lawn for dormancy.

Starts at $85 · per visit

  • Mulch Installation

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so the beds look fresh and weeds give up.

Bulk-delivered mulch (or bagged, your call), hand-spread to a consistent 2 to 3 inches around plants and trees with a clean edge against the lawn. I’ll pull out last year’s clumped mulch first if it needs it.

  • Hedge & Shrub Trimming

Boxwood, holly, ligustrum — shaped clean, debris hauled off, no clippings left in the bed.

Hedges shaped to keep their natural form, not boxed into something that looks fake. Cuts timed to each plant’s growth so they thicken in instead of going leggy. Clippings tarp-loaded and hauled off — never left in the bed.

Starts at $75 · per visit

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
