What we do

Lawn care thatactually shows

Pick one service or all of them. We do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.

Weekly Mowing

Crisp, even cut on your schedule — front, back, and side yards, with edged borders and walks blown clean every visit.

starts at $45 · per visit

Edging & Trimming

Clean, deliberate edges along beds, walks, and drives — and string-trim around fences, posts, and trees.

starts at $30 · per visit

Landscaping & Bed Work

Hand-pulled weeds, fresh mulch, perennials pruned at the right time — beds that look tended, not neglected.

starts at $95 · per visit

Leaf Cleanup

Cedar elm and red oak drop late around here — I bag, blow out beds, and clear the gutters from the ground.

starts at $85 · per visit

Mulch Installation

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so the beds look fresh and weeds give up.

starts at $95 · per visit

Hedge & Shrub Trimming

Boxwood, holly, ligustrum — shaped clean, debris hauled off, no clippings left in the bed.

starts at $75 · per visit

How it works

Three steps,no hassle

We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.

  1. Walk the property

We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.

  2. Quote on the spot

You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.

  3. Same crew, every week

Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

Why Cedar Hill is different

We knowhilly lots.

Cedar Hill is named after the ridge — the highest point in DFW — and the cedar elms that hold the top of it. That ridge is the reason a lot of lawns around here have a slope to them, and the reason generic mowing crews keep scalping the high side.

  • Slope-aware mowing. I adjust cut height across the lot — high side stays alive through the August heat; low side never mats down after a Texas thunderstorm.
  • Late leaf cleanup, on purpose. Cedar elms hold their leaves into December around here. I schedule cleanups later than the rest of DFW so we’re not back two weeks later.
  • Clay-and-caliche bed plants. The ridge soil is hard on plants that work fine in north Dallas. I plant what survives Cedar Hill, not what looks good in a catalog.
  • Lake-country routes. Joe Pool Lake side, Cedar Hill State Park side, north of US-67, south toward Lancaster — the route covers all of it.

In their words

What customers say

Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.

Gabriel has cut our yard for four years now. Same morning every week, never have to call him to remind him. The yard always looks like the day after he was here.

Maria L.

via Nextdoor

We’re on a sloped lot in Cedar Hill and the previous guy kept scalping the high side. Gabriel walked the property first, set the mower different, and the lawn finally evened out.

Daniel R.

via Nextdoor

Asked Gabriel to take on a tired front bed before a family visit. He pulled the old mulch, weeded by hand, and refreshed everything in one afternoon. Reasonable, on time, and quiet.

Good to know

Frequently asked

  • Yes. I prefer weekly customers because the lawn stays healthier, but I do one-time cuts and pre-listing yard prep when it makes sense.
